At LUNAE, we take pride in offering you high-quality demi-fine jewelry, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please note that we do not allow change of mind returns. However, if you receive any damaged or defective items from us, kindly inform us by sending an email to admin@lunae.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
Defective Items: All defective items should reach us within 14 days from the received date for orders made in Singapore, or within 30 days for international orders. The items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. If the replacement piece is no longer in stock, we will offer you the option of store credit or a refund.
Exchange Policy: We provide exchanges only if the item delivered to you is incorrect or defective. If you have purchased the wrong ring/bangle size, please check your ring/bangle size by referring to our charts before making your purchase, and contact us via email to receive further assistance.
- We do not accept requests for exchange due to unsuitability.
- Exchange for earrings cannot be accepted due to hygiene purposes.
- All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the postage charges incurred when returning your item for exchange.
- Sale items are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
