  • We currently offer shipping to customers in Singapore, Australia, the USA, and Malaysia.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • We provide free shipping to eligible orders within the specified regions.
    • Singapore: $60 SGD and above.
    • Australia: $250 SGD and above qualify for free shipping. 
    • USA: $350 SGD and above.
    • Malaysia: $120 SGD and above.
    • UK: $250 SGD and above. *Please note that additional taxes may apply for UK orders.
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, the following shipping rates apply:
    • Singapore: $3.50 SGD
    • Malaysia: $7 SGD
    • Australia: $25 SGD
    • USA: $40 SGD
    • United Kingdom: $25 SGD

4. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on item availability, destination, customs clearance, and courier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect transit times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

    • Singapore: 2-5 business days
    • Malaysia: 6-8 business days
    • Australia: 7-14 business days
    • USA: 7-14 business days
    • United Kingdom: 14-21 business days

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for any associated charges.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
